a non-fandom collective with a limited verifiable goal; also a participant in the will economy: a project that’s large, performant, well-known or well-trusted is said to possess a will stock it can spend or lend — so when another project needs help (for work, evangelizing, an ownable claim), such a lender may invest in it through hiring or endorsement, the borrower’s outcome boosting or depressing the lender’s capital.
